Dr. K has been a great blessing in our lives! He treats our baby, Jake, as if he is his own. Jake's quality of life, from his TPO 10 years ago, to today with the laminectomy has been terrific. God bless this hospital!

I love the doctors and staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've dealt with both doctors, and they couldn't be nicer or more professional. I have referred many people, and they have been just as satisfied as I am. When left for boarding, my dogs are happy to come to the facility and love the staff.

I was highly impressed with the boarding facilities and the fact that my cats actually slept together. That boarding/play room is just too much fun! Methinks my cats had too good of a time there! Thank you for caring for them so well!

The lovely carnations and snapdragon arrangement we received is a most thoughtful expression of your caring…for our loss of Fancy Little Bear. When we first came for boarding, I was sad and fearful for her care. When Colin picked her up in his arms: all 75 lbs of her and took her to her kennel. I knew that I was in the best place. He did not pull or drag. The staff and dear Dr. have always been there for her. In her last moments on this earth, she was given love and respect by all. I will always hold you in my heard dear Dr. and the staff especially Colin, Nina, and Dominique for those last moments of love.

Jack my puggle is a regular at back bay as both my fiancé and I travel a lot for work. They take great care of him! I can tell because he's always happy to be dropped off and when we pick him up he never has residual digestive issues or sicknesses it's like we never left! I don't trust my dog with anyone else!! I can not even tell you how excited I am that I found this place. Last night I found a lump on my dog, and upon lots of prayer and recommendations, I chose to take my pup to Back Bay Veterinary Hospital. We've been to a lot of vets for a variety of reasons, but I have a feeling that we actually found a Vet that we love. The staff was so sweet, caring, and got me in first thing in the morning. Once Dr. Fanous came in the room I went from being terrified for my pup, to feeling at peace because I felt like my dog was in such good hands. Dr. Fanous filled the room with laughter to ease the nerves and was very approachable. He even gave me his card and said that if I ever have any questions in the future, that I could e-mail him pictures of what's going on, etc and to contact him anytime. Which made me feel like he actually cared. This place is definitely worth the drive no matter where you live, if/when we move I know that we will be coming back to Dr. Fanous. We absoutle y love the detail to attention he gave, and how kind and understanding he was. Thank you Dr. Fanous!!!

I don't often feel "strongly" about filling out a survey, this time it was different. I can't explain how comforting it is that when I bring my pet to you guys for either medical care, or boarding, you treat him as your own. The entire staff is 100% friendly, professional and courteous. Leaving your pet behind while you travel for work/fun is never easy, you guys make it a bit more easier and that is GREATLY appreciated.
